Studio
France
Welcome
to Studio France a small English/French company which
specialises in high quality workshops and holidays, as well as offering
a range of smaller houses for selfcatering.
We have been creating workshops for people who understand the difference
of visiting an area as a tourist and being invited to discover its true
secrets. |

| Our
workshops are for the motivated individual with a desire to really come
to learn about their chosen subject. All our tutors are professional and
they aim to work along side their students in a mature and intelligent way.
Each workshop is paired with another arts related subject to enable people
to come with a friend or partner who whilst you do patchwork for example,
your companion could take a workshop in Speaking French. |

| Studio
France is based in a tiny hamlet of Labarthe-Bleys, with no more than 20
houses nestling in the valley of the Cerou River. We are in the Department
of the Tarn, about an hour North of Toulouse. There are wonderful views
wherever you look and a great sense of calm in this particularly magical
corner of South-western France. With the famous Cordes-sur-Ciel only 5kms
away there is masses to do and discover. |

SELF

All houses offered by Studio France are personally
known by us and are within a 5 mile radius of Cordes-sur-Ciel. We
only offer smaller houses suitable for 2 or 4 people with one property
suitable for 6 people. We are happy to discuss any and all the properties
to make sure we choose one suitable for your holiday. |
SHAKESPEARE
Studio France are lucky enough to have
Julia Wilson-Dickson amongst their tutors. She
has created a unique workshop in studying Shakespeare's text and
poetry. Julia's knowledge on all aspects of Shakespeare's works
is extensive. If you have an interest in Shakespeare this week will
inspire you, and if you have a passion for Shakespeare this is a
holiday of your dreams. Very suitable for actors of any level of
experience. |
WINE
& FOOD WEEK
An exciting Wine
and Food Week’s holiday of pleasure and discovery awaits you
this year. Personalising your adventure in France is Margaret Lewis,
an Australian living in Labarthe-Bleys . Here you will find wines
unique to this Gaillac region and experience the gastronomy of the
South West. Dine at a private family Chateau, and at carefully selected
restaurants. Shop at local markets and cook with a top chef, while
making a host of new friends. This is a holiday unlike any other.

more. Classes are in a 14th century Chateau with its beautiful formal
gardens. With small groups Cathie can ensure you always have excellent
quality tuition & each student creates & takes home a range
of small pieces and an increased level of enjoyment and knowledge

SPEAKING
FRENCH
Marie-Thérèse
Jacquier, an experienced French teacher, takes small groups of no
more than 6 people and runs a 5 day intensive workshop, ensuring
you really do learn and improve your spoken French. There is time
to relax over delicious dinners and choose whether you speak either
French or English, so these special weeks are both instructive and
also a holiday.
If you have ever wanted to improve your French this is the time
to start. |
